I was a risk avoider when I was a base level employee in an organization. It was because I had the fear to lose my job in case my ideas would not work properly. I simply avoided the questions and chances when I was given the chance to make a decision. Sometimes, I follow the majority at the time of decision making. Now I found that I was wrong. Risks actually teach us a lot of things. I personally opine that taking a risk and having a loss due to it is a lesson for the lifetime.
